Looking after your key assets - Managing employee emotional well-being and managing OH&S procedures & risk
The MIFSA Education and Training team will discuss their work with various industries to strengthen and support emotional well-being in the workplace. They will discuss implications for companies around supporting managers and employees when addressing issues of emotional well-being. Attendees will be invited to participant in discussions around perceived gaps and practical strategies that have been successful.
Lawson Risk Management works with clients to establish, audit and review work health safety systems. Knowledge and recommendations regarding work and health safety issues - including employee risk, health and safety and legal obligations – will be discussed.
